IV. The typical regiment is 6 infusions. After the initial treatment infusions, patients may need booster infusions. Patients approved to receive ESKETAMINE NASAL SPRAY will be treated with the nasal spray two times a week for four consecutive weeks. After that, Esketamine Nasal Spray in California it is recommended that ESKETAMINE NASAL SPRAY be administered once a week for another four weeks. After the first eight weeks (or two months), ESKETAMINE NASAL SPRAY will be administered once a week or once every other week for maintenance based on the prescriber’s recommendation.
