We recommend 3 journey sessions over course of 30-90 days. Steps are: (1) Free Initial Consultation; (2) Psych-Med Intake with Medical Provider; (3) Prep Session; (4) Journey Session; (5) Integration Session
Referrals required, or other preconditions
Clients are required to have a therapist if they are Bipolar or have recent or active Suicidal Ideation
Follow-ups
Every client receives integration session and follow up sessions as requested
